Responsibilities

• Demonstrate vehicle features, controls, and advanced technology systems to customers
• Deliver clear and engaging explanations of Lexus technology and connectivity features
• Assist customers with setup and troubleshooting of vehicle technology
• Personalize each vehicle delivery to meet the customer’s individual needs
• Maintain and utilize up-to-date technology resources and reference materials
• Ensure customers feel comfortable and confident using their new vehicle features
• Maintain accurate logs of customer deliveries and interactions
• Support management with additional responsibilities as needed

Qualifications

• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Patient, friendly, and comfortable teaching technology to customers
• Professional appearance and communication skills
• Positive attitude and team-first mentality
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
