Help us save lives and make a difference. </div> <div> Earn More with Shift Differentials Maximize your earnings with additional hourly pay: <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">+$2/hr -> Monday-Thursday Nights</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">+$3/hr -> Friday-Sunday Nights</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">+$2/hr -> Saturday-Sunday Days</li> </ul> </div> What You'll Do:   The Licensed Mental Health Professional  (Licensed Case Manager II) supports clients with mental health and substance use recovery through psychoeducation, assessment, and treatment, resource connection and compassion through facilitating assessments, treatment planning, discharge planning, obtaining collateral and assisting in the legal process and initiating personalized care for individuals who are in crisis and stabilizing from crisis. Works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary treatment team to coordinate care and discharge planning for Individuals, their family members, clinics, local providers, and/or other referral sources.
