Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

This remote LCSW role gives you the opportunity to provide therapy to clients who need accessible mental health care. You will meet with clients online, assess their concerns, and provide treatment that supports their goals and day-to-day functioning.

The position requires strong clinical skills, reliable documentation, and the ability to provide care through a secure virtual platform. It is a practical role for a licensed social worker who wants full-time remote work without stepping away from direct client support.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy to clients
• Complete clinical assessments and intake documentation
• Develop treatment goals and care plans
• Support clients through mental health symptoms, stress, and life challenges
• Use appropriate therapy methods based on clinical need
• Maintain clear and timely progress notes
• Follow confidentiality and compliance standards
• Assess client safety and follow crisis protocols when needed

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Active Florida Licensed Clinical Social Worker license
• Clinical experience providing therapy to adults, families, or varied client populations
• Strong understanding of assessment, treatment planning, and documentation
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
• Reliable internet connection and private workspace
• Ability to work independently while staying clinically organized
• Excellent communication and professional judgment
