Licensed Clinical Therapist

New Era Therapeutic Counseling Center is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Clinician to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique hybrid work model, providing the opportunity for a balanced mix of in-person and remote work, allowing for flexibility and convenience.

Expectations of the Role:

• Deliver high-quality individual and group counseling services to clients
• Create comprehensive treatment plans and discharge plans tailored to each individual's needs
• Collaborate with community resources and social services to provide holistic care
• Provide effective crisis intervention and trauma-informed care to support clients in times of need
• Advocate for clients and offer ongoing behavioral health support to promote overall well-being
• Conduct psychoeducational groups and workshops to enhance client understanding and coping skills
• Utilize evidence-based practices and interventions to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients

Requirements:

1. Hold a valid license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Professional Counselor (LPC), or Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
2. Demonstrated expertise in substance abuse treatment and mental health interventions
3. Knowledge of psychiatry and experience with telehealth services
4. Skilled in facilitating group counseling sessions and proficient in case management
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

Compensation: Competitive salary range of $49,000.00 - $88,000.00 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications
