Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

We are seeking a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker to provide full-time telehealth therapy services for clients in Rhode Island. This position involves working directly with clients through scheduled virtual sessions, completing clinical evaluations, building treatment plans, and documenting care with accuracy.

The ideal candidate is confident working independently, communicates clearly, and understands the importance of reliable follow-through in a remote therapy role.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients through secure video-based therapy sessions
• Provide clinical support for adults facing emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns
• Complete intake assessments and identify appropriate treatment goals
• Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation
• Use sound clinical judgment when evaluating client needs and risk
• Participate in care coordination as appropriate

Requirements

• Active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker license in Rhode Island
• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Prior clinical experience providing therapy or behavioral health services
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
• Comfortable providing services through telehealth
