Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth

Position Type: Full-Time

Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Job Summary

This role is designed for a licensed clinician who can balance warmth with strong clinical boundaries. You will support clients in New Jersey through virtual therapy sessions, helping them understand what they are experiencing and take practical steps around relationship care, family dynamics, emotional support, and practical therapy goals.

This position is especially suited for a clinician who can support both individual concerns and the relationship or family patterns that often shape a client’s daily life.

Responsibilities

·        Manage a full-time telehealth caseload with professionalism and consistency

·        Provide support for relationship patterns, family stress, communication concerns, and individual wellbeing

·        Provide assessment, counseling, treatment planning, and follow-up support

·        Help clients make progress through clear goals and practical strategies

·        Complete notes and required documentation without unnecessary delays

·        Follow state licensure rules, ethical guidelines, and confidentiality standards

Requirements

·        Active New Jersey LMFT license in good standing

·        Master's degree in a relevant behavioral health field appropriate for Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist licensure

·        Full clinical licensure required; temporary, associate, intern, or probationary licenses are not intended for this role

·        A practical communication style that helps clients feel heard, supported, and clear on next steps.

·        Experience supporting individuals, couples, families, or clients with relational concerns is helpful.
