<p><strong>Licensed Mental Health Therapist – Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health</strong></p>

<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p>
<p>As a Mental Health Therapist at Kolmac, you will be at the center of patient care—building strong therapeutic relationships and delivering high-quality, evidence-based treatment. You’ll lead therapy groups, facilitate individual sessions, and contribute to integrated treatment plans within our collaborative treatment environment.</p>
<p><strong>Clinical Responsibilities Include:</strong></p>
<p>· Provide individual and group psychotherapy for adults.</p>
<p>· Develop and maintain person-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans</p>
<p>· Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and level-of-care determinations</p>
<p>· Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment approaches, and symptom management to support insight, empowerment, and recovery</p>
<p>· Design and deliver engaging process, psychoeducational and skills groups focused on emotional regulation, coping skills, and mental wellness.</p>
<p>· Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, and fellow therapists to provide integrated mental health care</p>
<p>· Participate in treatment team meetings, case consultations, and discharge planning</p>
<p>· Case management services such as, but not limited to, coordinated care with families, referral sources, and external providers as appropriate</p>
<p>· Demonstrates commitment to excellent patient care, which is measured through clinical outcomes, such as patient retention, attendance, successful program completion, transitioning from one level of care to another.</p>
<p>· Provide crisis support through a shared on-call rotation</p>
<p>· Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely</p>
<p>· Other duties as assigned</p>
<p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p>

<p><strong>Compensation & Schedule</strong></p>
<p><strong>Salary : </strong></p>
<p>Up to $100,000 annually.</p>
<p><strong>Incentive Compensation: </strong></p>
<p>This position is eligible for additional commission-based compensation tied to clinical group participation and engagement. Therapists earn additional compensation for each participant in their assigned therapy groups.</p>
<p><strong>Total Compensation: </strong></p>
<p>With consistent group census and strong clinical outcomes, total annual compensation is up to $100,000, with the potential for high performers to earn more based on group volume and engagement.</p>
