Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Job Summary
We are hiring a New Jersey Licensed Professional Counselor to provide remote therapy services to clients through secure telehealth sessions. This role focuses on assessment, treatment planning, ongoing counseling, and helping clients work through mental health concerns in a structured virtual care setting.
Job Details
- Location: New Jersey
- Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy through a secure telehealth platform
- Complete client assessments and develop treatment plans
- Support clients with anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, and related concerns
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Follow HIPAA, ethical, and New Jersey licensing standards
Requirements
- Active New Jersey LPC license in good standing
- Master’s degree or higher in Counseling or a related field
- Previous counseling or therapy experience
- Comfortable providing care through telehealth
- Strong documentation and communication skills
