Position Summary

The Licensed Therapist is responsible for providing individual and group therapy, conducting assessments, and developing treatment plans for youth in care. This role plays a critical part in supporting emotional stability, behavioral progress, and overall treatment success.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy services
• Conduct mental health assessments and evaluations
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with families, case managers, and external providers
• Support youth with behavioral and emotional challenges
• Participate in treatment team meetings and case reviews

Preferred Experience

• Experience in child welfare or child and adolescent mental health
• Experience working with youth who have experienced trauma
• Familiarity with treating youth exhibiting complex behavioral needs
• Strong documentation and clinical assessment skills

Qualifications

Required:

• Active Ohio Social Work License (LSW)
• Valid driver’s license and insurance
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
• LPC or MSW credential

Work Location

This is an in-person position based in Columbus, OH (43207). Candidates must be able to reliably commute.
