<p><span data-contrast="auto">We are looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our interdisciplinary team at our PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) center. The LVN plays a critical role in delivering high-quality, person-centered care to our participants—primarily frail seniors—within the day center and clinic setting. Under the supervision of an RN, the LVN provides nursing care, assists with clinic operations, performs triage, and supports health and wellness activities while contributing to our engagement-focused care environment that supports both participant outcomes and organizational sustainability.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":200,"335559739":200}"> </span></p>

<p><span data-contrast="auto">We take into account an individual’s qualifications, skillset, and experience in determining final salary. This role is eligible for medical/dental/vision insurance, short and long-term disability, life insurance, flexible spending accounts, 401(k) savings, paid time off, and company-paid holidays. The expected salary range for this position is</span><span data-contrast="none"> </span><span data-contrast="auto">$29 - $33 per hour and is a bonus-eligible position.
