<p><span data-contrast="auto">The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) provides basic nursing care to clients and provides aid, supervision, and protective oversight of clients during assigned shifts. </span></p>

<li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="10" data-aria-posinset="1" data-aria-level="1"><span data-contrast="auto">Provides one-on-one assistance to clients in crisis as directed by the nurse or clinical team and the client’s plan of care.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233279":true,"201341983":0,"335551550":6,"335551620":6,"335559739":160,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="10" data-aria-posinset="1" data-aria-level="1"><span data-contrast="auto">Coordinates medical care for clients (including scheduling with the onsite psychiatrist and outside appointments).</span></li>
<li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="10" data-aria-posinset="1" data-aria-level="1"><span data-contrast="auto">Works closely with the site-level psychiatrist to attend psychiatry sessions and assist in medication management for clients.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233279":true,"201341983":0,"335559739":160,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="10" data-aria-posinset="1" data-aria-level="1"><span data-contrast="auto">Performs and records basic biometrics for clients (e.g., blood pressure).</span></li>
<li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="10" data-aria-posinset="1" data-aria-level="1"><span data-contrast="auto">Oversees client self-administration of medication and provides training to client care technicians in observation of self-administration of medications. </span></li>
<li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="10" data-aria-posinset="1" data-aria-level="1"><span data-contrast="auto">Upholds client confidentiality and maintains professional boundaries, demeanor, dress and interaction with clients, family members, visitors, and coworkers.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233279":true,"201341983":0,"335559739":160,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
