Come grow with us. </div>What you’ll be doing:  Schedule: Full Time Night Shift - Three, 12-hour shifts per week with one weekend shift every other weekend The Licensed Vocational Nurse will provide and assist in direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, APP or physician. The LVN will provide medical management of patients and assist with environmental safety and crisis management for the patient population in accordance with the legal scope of practice and within established standards of care, policies and procedures. The LVN will demonstrate performance consistent with the Mission, Vision and Strategic Plan of the organization, demonstrate quality and effectiveness in work habits and clinical practice and treat coworkers, patients, families and all members of the health care team with dignity and respect. The LVN will partner with the treatment team to provide a consistently therapeutic milieu.   The LVN will cross train across ERC and Pathlight and may be required to float or be assigned to other locations/facilities within the Region. The LVN may be required to work on-call shifts based on business needs, in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local labor laws.  Essential duties and responsibilities:  <ul> <li
