As an <strong>LVN</strong>, you will impact the lives of our residents through providing professional nursing care. Join our team and inspire happiness in the lives of others!</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>What you’ll do</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Ensure adherence to individual service plans and administer prescribed treatments.</li> <li>Conduct meaningful rounds with residents and record visits on charts.</li> <li>Administer injections, perform in-house testing procedures, and record vital signs.</li> <li>Supervise and assign duties to nurse aides, monitor their work, and assist in carrying out the activities program.</li> <li>Communicate with physicians and follow through with orders.
