<p><span data-contrast="auto"><span data-ccp-parastyle="Body Text">The Associate Licensing Manager provides support for licensing initiatives related to core gaming IPs in the Americas and select international markets.</span><span data-ccp-parastyle="Body Text"> Responsibilities include coordinating day-to-day account activities, supporting licensing agreements, tracking budgets and targets, and </span><span data-ccp-parastyle="Body Text">assisting</span><span data-ccp-parastyle="Body Text"> with partner compliance. This role also helps </span><span data-ccp-parastyle="Body Text">facilitate</span><span data-ccp-parastyle="Body Text"> communication with licensors and affiliates and contributes to </span><span data-ccp-parastyle="Body Text">maintaining</span><span data-ccp-parastyle="Body Text"> brand consistency for Bandai Namco’s various IPs.</span></span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559738":292,"335559740":259}"> </span></p>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Collaborate with Licensing leadership to support departmental objectives and contribute to revenue goals.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Assist in analyzing licensee performance through sales tracking, forecasts, and basic competitive analysis to share observations with leadership.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Coordinate with cross-functional teams and international partners, including participation in regular approval and alignment meetings.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Support sales planning by consolidating projections and assisting with validation of quarterly results.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Contribute to licensee recruitment efforts, including participating in research, idea generation, and market analysis.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Assist in the development of brand style guides in collaboration with internal teams and licensors.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Partner with the eCommerce team to support promotional planning across Bandai Namco stores and key retail partners.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Support outreach to potential licensees and assist in preparing presentations, sales materials, and ad-hoc reports/requests. </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>

<p><strong>SALARY RANGE</strong></p>
<p>$70,000.00 - $80,000.00</p>
<p>Actual base salary will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, but not limited to, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees and it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.</p>
