<p>Licensing&amp;Regulatory Specialist will play a key role in supporting the company’s global market expansion by ensuring full regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions. This position involves managing licensing processes, maintaining compliance frameworks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to uphold the highest standards of regulatory integrity.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>prepare, complete, and submit required license application forms, renewals, and periodic regulatory filings</li> <li>draft responses and provide consultations for regulatory internal inquiries</li> <li>collaborate with legal, product, technology, and commercial teams to embed compliance across business operations</li> <li>provide training, guidance, and support on regulatory topics to internal stakeholders</li> <li>continuously monitor, interpret, and communicate regulatory updates across active jurisdictions</li> <li>performing other regulatory related tasks assigned by manager</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Compliance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).</li> <li>proven experience in regulatory compliance, licensing, or a similar role within the iGaming, online gambling, or financial services sector.</li> <li>strong understanding of global gaming regulations and licensing procedures.</li> <li>excellent organizational and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail.</li> <li>ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict regulatory deadlines.</li> <li>strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with regulators and internal teams</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Skills</strong></p> <ul> <li>experience working with multiple gaming regulators across different jurisdictions.</li> <li>familiarity with responsible gaming frameworks and technical certification processes.</li> <li>ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and translate them to actionable language for internal teams</li> <li>strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to compliance challenges</li> </ul>
