You’ll be part of a dynamic, team-oriented environment that values accuracy, continuous improvement, and exceptional service.</p> <p>If you enjoy problem-solving, working with financial products, and making a meaningful impact, this is a great opportunity to grow your career in Life &amp; Retirement operations.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Process annuity new business and in-force transactions accurately and efficiently.</li> <li>Review applications to ensure all requirements are received “In Good Order” and identify any discrepancies.</li> <li>Communicate effectively with the field sales team via phone and email to obtain required information.</li> <li>Gain and apply knowledge of annuity processes, including ACH transactions, allocation changes, withdrawals, and surrenders.</li> <li>Meet or exceed established service standards, productivity, and quality goals.</li> <li>Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute ideas to enhance operational efficiency.</li> <li>Collaborate with peers and leadership to maintain workflow efficiency and service excellence.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent required; 1–2 years of college preferred.</li> <li>1–2 years of experience in retirement services operations or financial services industry.</li> <li><strong>FINRA Series 6/63 licenses strongly required.&nbsp; </strong>&nbsp;</li> <li>Strong understanding of retirement products, IRS tax regulations, and FINRA/SEC requirements.</li> <li>Excellent communication and analytical skills.</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy; above-average math/accounting skills.</li> <li>Prior call center or customer service experience preferred.</li> <li>Commitment to ongoing learning, including LOMA/ACS coursework encouraged.</li> <li>Flexibility to work overtime or adjust schedules as needed.</li> </ul> <p>Pay Range:</p> <p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; $21.44 - $29.16/hr.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>Salary is commensurate to experience, location, etc.</p> <p>#APP</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p>Horace Mann was founded in 1945 by two Springfield, Illinois, teachers who saw a need for quality, affordable auto insurance for teachers.
