<p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]">As Lifecycle Marketing Manager (12-18months) you are the connective tissue between Mejuri and her customer. You own the calendar, the team, and the strategy that keeps our Muse engaged between purchases — and turns one-time buyers into lifelong advocates.</p>
<p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]">You sit within the Growth organization and partner closely with Integrated Marketing, Brand, Creative, Merchandise, Retail, and Digital. </p>
<p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]">This is not a campaign execution role. You architect the system — the segmentation logic, the contact strategy, the test-and-learn agenda — that makes every communication feel personal, on-brand, and commercially purposeful.</p>
<p><strong>What you'll do</strong></p>
<ul>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Own Mejuri's end-to-end lifecycle calendar across email, SMS, push, and in-app — balancing commercial pressure with brand storytelling and customer experience.</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Build and govern the segmentation, prioritization, and contact strategy that determines who hears what, and when.</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Lead, coach, and develop a team of lifecycle marketers — setting the bar for craft, speed, and rigor from brief through send through post-mortem.</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Oversee all 1:1 consumer communications in partnership with Brand, Creative, Retail, Merchandise, and Digital — ensuring every touchpoint is on-brand and commercially accountable.</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Own the reporting cadence that keeps the business informed — turning campaign performance, cohort behavior, and testing into clear decisions.</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Build and execute a structured test-and-learn agenda across creative, offer, audience, channel, and frequency — and scale what works.</li>

<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2"><strong>Experience:</strong> 6+ years in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing — DTC, retail, or omnichannel preferred.</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2"><strong>Proven Commercial Impact:</strong> A track record of building and executing a lifecycle calendar that moves the business, not just the open rate.</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2"><strong>Platform Fluency:</strong> Deep experience with lifecycle platforms; Klaviyo experience is a strong plus.</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2"><strong>Analytical Instincts:</strong> You read a dashboard, find the story, and turn it into action. Comfort with SQL or BI tools (Omni, Looker, BigQuery) is an asset.</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2"><strong>Commercial Acumen:</strong> You understand retention, frequency, AOV, and how lifecycle connects to the broader P&L.</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2"><strong>Cross-Functional Range:</strong> You can hold the line on lifecycle strategy while flexing to the priorities of Brand, Creative, Merchandise, and Retail.</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2"><strong>Bias for Action:</strong> You move fast, sweat the details, and care about the things customers feel even when they can't name them.</li>

<p>At Mejuri we embrace a hybrid working environment and support our corporate employees to be successful whether they are at home or in the office. The primary purpose of our offices is to drive collaboration and deepen relationships with one another.This position requires in office work 3 days a week and remote work 2 days a week. Our office is located at 60 Bloor Street W, Toronto.</p>
<p><strong>Salary <br></strong>115-130K <br>Looking for the perfect next opportunity is a big decision. Mejuri recognizes the importance of pay transparency when it comes to salary ranges as it empowers individuals through the hiring process and supports them in making an informed decision. This role currently has a base pay range of 115-130K per annum based on a candidate’s experience and qualifications. We will review individual salary expectations and **weight salary commensurate with experience.</p>
