We are looking for Guest Relations Admin  to join our team


Role Summary



The Guest Relations Administrator is responsible for supporting the Guest Relations and VIP team in the coordination and administration of guest experiences across all Lifestyle venues. This role assists in maintaining strong relationships with VIP guests, high-value clients and repeat visitors by ensuring all guest information, bookings, preferences and requests are accurately managed and communicated.


This position focuses on handling administrative tasks related to guest relations, including maintaining guest databases, coordinating reservations, preparing guest profiles, managing correspondence and supporting the planning of personalised experiences. Working closely with operations, events and marketing teams, the role helps ensure every guest interaction is organised, seamless and aligned with the brand’s service standards, contributing to guest satisfaction, loyalty and repeat visits.

 

Key Duties & Responsibilities


  • Responding to guest emails and enquiries professionally
  • Handling sensitive guest data and maintaining confidentiality
  • Supporting guest relations and administrative coordination
  • Assisting with reservations, requests and guest communications
  • Maintaining a polished and professional approach at all times
