Must reside within 50 miles of 10801 W. Charleston Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89135. This role is 100% onsite/in‑office. We’re looking for true Las Vegas locals who live and breathe this city to join our vibrant team!
About the Role Be the trusted genius behind seamless luxury: phone/chat/email requests, book exclusive dining/travel/entertainment, and deliver "how did they DO that?!" moments. Multitask like a pro, collaborate globally, and grow through world-class training. Thrive in a dynamic environment with global collaboration and 100% paid training. Requirements
Who You Are:
- An enthusiast with at least 2 years of experience in luxury dining, hospitality, or concierge Required.
- Organizational mastermind with the skills to juggle reservations and requests while keeping our members smiling.
- A customer-focused professional with an eye for detail, dedicated to tailoring experiences to each member’s unique taste and preferences.
- Familiar with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and popular reservation tools like OpenTable.
- Calm under pressure, with the ability to seamlessly handle urgent requests with poise and enthusiasm.
