Lighting Fixture Technician

This hands-on production position requires consistency, care, and process discipline to succeed.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Assemble lighting fixtures from components and sub-assemblies</li> <li>Perform basic electrical wiring following diagrams and instructions</li> <li>Install hardware, sockets, and structural elements accurately</li> <li>Inspect work for alignment, function, and finish quality</li> <li>Identify and flag issues before they move downstream</li> <li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Background in engineering, trade school, or hands-on technical work</li> <li>Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or assembly</li> <li>Strong personal inclination toward building, fixing, or working with mechanical/electrical systems</li> <li>Attention to detail and process discipline</li> <li>Manual dexterity and quality ownership</li> <li>Reliability, focus, and receptiveness to feedback</li> </ul> <p><strong>Growth Potential:</strong></p> <p data-start="184" data-end="388">This role is for individuals who take pride in hands-on work and want to develop technical skill over time.
