<p>Compensation: $20.50/Hr</p>
<p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p>
<p>Responsible for line scheduling and changeover coordination. Adjusts line sequencing based on visual controls from schedule/Kanban. Determine operators’ assignments based on sequencing and part specific needs to ensure maximum efficiency. Complete part production labeling, data input and reporting requirements.</p>
<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong>:</p>
<ul>
<li>Determine product needed by reviewing Kanban or schedule.</li>
<li>Monitor and communicate hour by hour line performance to ensure effective schedule execution.</li>
<li>Ensure safety, 6S, and quality standards are met for line.</li>
<li>Monitor and coordinate material availability to ensure effective schedule management.</li>
<li>Coordinate machine operator and line operator assignments to meet part specific standard work requirements and ensure production schedules are met.</li>
<li>Immediately report any unsafe act or condition.</li>
<li>Promote teamwork through effective motivation and respect for each team member.</li>
<li>Serve as an active participant in LSS programs that promote continuous improvement.</li>
<li>Must adhere to all company and location policies and safety rules.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Required Experience, Education, Skills, and Abilities for Consideration as a Candidate:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>High school, GED or equivalent experience.</li>
<li>Must be able to read and understand English.</li>
<li>Must have knowledge of Oracle job data and labeling transactions in addition to paperwork / traceability requirements to ensure accurate material transactions.</li>
<li>Must have previous line experience.</li>
<li>Computer skills.</li>
