Linesman

Aureol Global Connections is looking for a dedicated Linesman to join our dynamic team. The Linesman will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical power lines and related infrastructure to ensure continuous and safe power supply. This role requires adherence to safety standards and efficient handling of equipment to support our mission of delivering reliable electrical services.

Key Responsibilities

• Construct, maintain, and repair overhead and underground electrical power lines according to specifications and safety regulations.
• Inspect lines and equipment to detect issues, perform necessary troubleshooting and repairs.
• Operate specialized tools and equipment including bucket trucks and climbing gear responsibly.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects on time and within safety guidelines.
• Respond promptly to emergency power outages and restore services efficiently.
• Maintain clear and accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.

Requirements

• Certification or formal training as a Linesman or equivalent.
• Experience in electrical line work including installation and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of electrical safety protocols and power line standards.
• Physical ability to work at heights and in varying outdoor conditions.
• Problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and teamwork-oriented mindset.
• Valid driving license and readiness to travel as required.
