Lithuanian-Speaking Customer Solutions Consultant - Sofia, Fully Paid Relocation

Mercier Consultancy is looking for a Lithuanian-Speaking Customer Solutions Consultant to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria, with fully paid relocation support. You will be the main point of contact for Lithuanian-speaking clients, delivering exceptional customer solutions tailored to their needs to maximize satisfaction and success.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective customer support to Lithuanian-speaking clients
• Understand client requirements and deliver tailored solutions
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of client issues
• Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions and solutions provided
• Identify opportunities for service improvements based on feedback
• Assist in the onboarding and training processes for new clients
• Stay up to date with company products, services, and industry trends

Requirements

• Fluency in Lithuanian and English, both spoken and written.
• Your native language and nationality must be clearly indicated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong customer service skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Previous experience in customer support or consulting roles is preferred
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria; full relocation costs covered
