<p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Keller Postman&nbsp;delivers justice at scale.&nbsp; We represent individuals and small businesses—hundreds of thousands of them—and get them compensation for harm caused by powerful corporations or the government.&nbsp; We have recovered billions of dollars in litigation against some of the most sophisticated actors in the world. &nbsp;Our work combines the intellectual rigor of legal practice with the innovation, pace, and scale of a tech startup.&nbsp; Our firm accordingly comprises not only world-class lawyers but also distinctive developers, data scientists, designers, communications professionals, and analysts.</p> <p>The Litigation Operations ("LitOps") team sits at the heart of Keller Postman’s intense and interdisciplinary work.&nbsp; Composed of former consultants, lawyers, and product managers, the team is the nexus between the firm’s litigators, technologists, and operations professionals.&nbsp; We are responsible for understanding complex legal situations, translating them into concrete projects, and marshalling resources from across the firm to deliver them.&nbsp; By way of example, LitOps has developed tech products used by hundreds of thousands of clients, put innovative communication tools at the fingertips of our case management team, and built AI-enabled apps to turbocharge record-review and other key legal processes.&nbsp; When Keller Postman delivers justice at scale, the LitOps team contributes the “scale” part.</p> <p><strong>Role:&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>The LitOps team is seeking an analytical, intellectually curious, conscientious, flexible, hardworking, collaborative, and self-motivated individual to report directly to the Chief Counsel for Litigation Operations, the leader of the LitOps function.&nbsp; Working across the firm’s functions, the LitOps Analyst will support and perform complex quantitative and qualitative analysis; assist in developing, building, and maintaining dashboards and other reporting; contribute to product development; coordinate large-scale communications campaigns, and more—all in the high-stakes, fast-paced environment of mass litigation.&nbsp;</p> <p>This position is in-office in our Chicago office. Compensation for this position, depending on experience, is an annual salary of $95,000 to $115,000 per year, plus benefits and a discretionary bonus.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Essential Functions:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support the Chief Counsel for Litigation Operations, Directors of Litigation operations, and LitOps Senior Analysts on mission-critical initiatives requiring detailed analysis and problem solving.</li> <li>Understand, analyze, and report on large, dispersed data sets.</li> <li>Coordinate with LitOps colleagues, attorneys, and operations professionals in the planning, executing, and tracking client-outreach, records-collection, evidence-review, and other workstreams in support of Keller Postman’s litigation campaigns.</li> <li>Assist with external vendors hired to execute client-communication and other tasks.</li> <li>Support the design of client-facing apps, forms, and communications.</li> <li>Master firm technology tools (including Salesforce, Twilio, Monday.com, Azure DevOps, and proprietary tools); identify improvement opportunities and new use cases.</li> <li>Other duties as assigned.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Skills and Abilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>A structured, analytical, and curious intellect with quantitative instincts and an understanding of basic statistical concepts.</li> <li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.</li> <li>Excellent oral and written communication skills.</li> <li>Strong time-management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.</li> <li>Comfort and experience working in a fast-paced, demanding environment.</li> <li>Comfort working both independently and as part of a team.</li> <li>Proficiency (which is more than familiarity) with Microsoft Excel.</li> <li>Experience with SQL or related query languages and platforms preferred.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Education/Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university.</li> <li>1 year of experience at a top-tier consulting firm is preferred.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p>Keller Postman is an Equal Opportunity Employer.&nbsp; For California Applicants, please find our CRPA information <a href="https://www.kellerpostman.com/privacy-notice-for-california/">here</a>.&nbsp;</p></div>
