Live Operation (Moderator) - Specialist (Freelancer)

<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Technical Expertise:</strong></li> <ul> <li>Manage live stream software(OBS,Tiktok live studio) and platforms (TikTok Live, Shopee Live, Lazada Live, etc.) to ensure optimal performance and troubleshoot technical glitches.</li> <li>Monitor live streams for any technical issues or disruptions, and take swift action to resolve them.</li> <li>Maintain a strong understanding of streaming protocols and best practices across various platforms.</li> </ul> <li><strong>Content Moderation:</strong></li> <ul> <li>Actively monitor chat messages and comments for inappropriate content, hate speech, or violations of community guidelines.</li> <li>Manage comments promptly to maintain a positive and inclusive environment for viewers.</li> <li>Work collaboratively with the live anchor to address viewer concerns or questions that require moderator intervention.</li> </ul> <li><strong>Stream Support:</strong></li> <ul> <li>Assist the live anchor with pre-stream preparations, including setting up equipment and testing software.</li> <li>Monitor scripts and product information to ensure accuracy and provide real-time support during the stream.</li> <li>Generate reports on live stream performance metrics (viewership, engagement) for post-analysis.</li> </ul> <li><strong>Teamwork and Communication:</strong></li> <ul> <li>Collaborate effectively with the live anchor, marketing team, and technical staff to ensure a seamless live stream experience.</li> <li>Clearly communicate any technical issues or moderation needs to the live anchor and relevant team members.</li> <li>Maintain a positive and professional demeanor within the team environment.</li> </ul> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify and address potential problems proactively.</li> <li>A keen eye for inappropriate content and a commitment to maintaining a positive online environment.</li> <li>Effective communication and collaboration skills to work seamlessly within a team.</li> <li>Ability to stay calm under pressure and make quick decisions in fast-paced situations.</li> <li>Proficient in (Thai, and English) to understand viewer comments and communicate effectively.</li> <li>Strong technical skills with experience in live streaming software and platforms (OBS, TikTok Live, Shopee Live, Lazada Live a plus).</li> <li>Graduating from relevant fields of study would be preferred.</li> </ul>
