You will design, execute, and analyze campaigns that drive retention, engagement, and monetization - ensuring every touchpoint feels rewarding, timely, and player-focused. By combining data insights, player behavior understanding, and competitive awareness, you will help deliver a best-in-class player experience.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop and steer a promotion strategy that harmonizes player expectations with business objectives</li> <li>Lead day-to-day execution of offers, campaigns, and live events, ensuring strong performance against targets</li> <li>Drive the tactical implementation and rollout of campaigns, journeys, communication and product feature support in line with quarterly plans</li> <li>Lead A/B and multivariate tests to optimize retention, engagement, and monetisation</li> <li>Tailor promotions to deliver the right message, to the right segment, at the right time</li> <li>Collaborate with Product and LiveOps teams to innovate on personalization, segmentation, feature development and automation capabilities.</li> <li>Work closely with the Head of LiveOps to align strategy, report results, and share insights with the wider team.</li> <li>Share learnings, propose improvements, and bring a test-and-learn culture to daily operations.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong knowledge of the online entertainment industry (online casino/social games/mobile games)</li> <li>Robust analytical skills with a data-first mindset, prioritizing metrics-driven approaches to decision-making.</li> <li>Comfortable taking calculated risks and effectively communicating lessons.</li> <li>Fluent in English with excellent communication skills - able to express ideas clearly and consider multiple perspectives.</li> <li>Good understanding of the product, finance and/or marketing areas</li> </ul> <p><strong>What we offer:&nbsp; &nbsp; </strong>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Competitive salary</li> <li>Premium Health insurance</li> <li>Career and skills development opportunities</li> <li>Fun and collaborative team environment</li> <li>New modern office space</li> </ul>
