<p>Truehold is one of the nation’s leading platforms at the intersection of real estate and finance, with 200+ employees operating across 15+ markets. As Truehold continues to scale, we are building a best-in-class mortgage operation focused on investor and DSCR lending, designed to combine institutional rigor with startup speed.</p>
<p>This role offers a competitive base salary and is a key operational hire within a growing business line. We are looking for someone entrepreneurial and execution-driven who thrives in a fast-moving environment, takes ownership of loan files end-to-end, and is motivated to help shape and scale Truehold’s mortgage processing function as the platform grows.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Process DSCR and investor mortgage loans from initial disclosure through closing</li>
<li>Review, verify, and organize borrower, property, and third-party documentation to ensure complete loan files</li>
<li>Calculate and validate DSCR metrics, rental income, and cash-flow inputs in accordance with lender guidelines</li>
<li>Submit loan files to underwriting and manage underwriting conditions through final approval and clear-to-close</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with loan officers, wholesale account executives, underwriters, borrowers, title/escrow, appraisers, and other third-party vendors</li>
<li>Track loan milestones, follow up on outstanding conditions, and proactively resolve issues to keep loans moving</li>
<li>Maintain accurate loan notes, document tracking, and status updates in the loan origination system and lender portals</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with investor requirements, internal policies, and applicable regulatory standards</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Required Qualifications: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>2+ years of mortgage loan processing experience</li>
<li>Strong understanding of mortgage documentation, underwriting conditions, and closing requirements</li>
<li>Demonstrated proficiency with wholesale broker portals</li>
<li>Comfort with investor documentation, rental income, and cash-flow analysis</li>
<li>High attention to detail and strong organizational skills with the ability to manage several loans simultaneously</li>
<li>Professional written and verbal communication skills</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience with DSCR and real estate investor loan products</li>
<li>Experience with non-agency or non-QM investor lending</li>
<li>Experience working in a high-volume and/or scaling mortgage operation</li>
