Position Overview: Our team at Vitaly Health is looking for a OB/GYN Physician to join our Medical Center on an ongoing Locum Tenens basis, with a start date of July 2025. Requirements
- MD/DO Degree
- Board Eligible
- Licensed in Indiana State or IMLC
- BLS Certification Required
- Fellowship Status Preferred
- Required to Supervise Advance Practice Providers
- Resident or Teaching Supervision Required
- Cerner Preferred
