<p><span data-contrast="auto">The </span><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Logistics Administrator </span></strong><span data-contrast="auto">provides essential administrative support to the logistics department. This role manages purchase orders, maintains safety and driver records, pulls reports, and ensures accurate vendor payments. As the logistics administrator, you will report directly to the Director of Logistics to help support with other tasks as needed.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Process all weekly purchase orders accurately in DooApp.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Communicate with carriers and drivers to collect and correct missing or inaccurate paperwork. </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Assist with maintaining DOT compliance documentation, such as driver qualification files, vehicle inspections, and insurance certifications. </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Track expiration dates for driver medical cards, licenses, and safety certifications; send reminders to driver and management. </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Update and maintain logistics spreadsheets and databases to track vehicle movements, fuel receipts, or mileage logs. </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Coordinate communication between customers, Inside Sales, and other departments to ensure requests are handled efficiently.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Organize electronic records for the team</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Upload customer pickup forms to ERP system</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience putting together slide deck presentations.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
