As a Logistics Intern, you will support transportation and logistics operations across Europe, contributing to the movement of finished vehicles and general cargo. This internship offers hands-on exposure to logistics execution, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, international environment. You will work closely with teams across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Packaging, and Engineering to help ensure efficient, reliable, and cost-effective transport operations. What you’ll do <ul> <li>Support the coordination of inbound and outbound shipments (parts, components, and finished vehicles) across Europe</li> <li>Prepare and manage transport documentation (e.g., proforma invoices, customs clearance requests, delivery instructions)</li> <li>Track shipments and provide timely updates, ensuring systems are accurate and up to date</li> <li>Help identify and select cost-effective and reliable transportation options</li> <li>Maintain structured and well-organized digital transport documentation</li> <li>Assist in filing and following up on transportation claims, gaining exposure to issue resolution processes</li> <li>Collect and analyze transportation rates and supplier performance data</li> <li>Support the resolution of operational issues and contribute to supplier performance reviews</li> <li>Participate in logistics projects, including transportation management system (TMS) improvements</li> <li>Support capacity planning activities, ensuring sufficient carrier capacity and storage space as volumes grow</li> </ul> What we’re looking for <ul> <li>Currently enrolled in a Bachelor (HBO or WO), preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field</li> <li>Quick learner with a proactive and hands-on mindset</li> <li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks</li> <li>High attention to detail and a structured way of working</li> <li>Strong communication skills, comfortable working across teams and stakeholders</li> <li>Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment</li> <li>Good Excel and MS Office skills</li> </ul> Nice to have <ul> <li>Experience or coursework in logistics or supply chain operations</li> <li>Familiarity with ERP or Transportation Management Systems (e.g., SAP, TMS tools)</li> <li>Exposure to data analysis or supplier performance tracking</li> <li>Experience working in an international environment</li> </ul> What you’ll gain <ul> <li>Hands-on experience in transportation and logistics operations across Europe</li> <li>Exposure to how a global automotive company manages supply chain and distribution</li> <li>Practical skills in shipment coordination, documentation, and performance analysis</li> <li>Experience collaborating with cross-functional and international teams</li> <li>Insight into logistics optimization, supplier management, and capacity planning</li> <li>Opportunity to contribute to real projects in a fast-growing, innovative organization</li> </ul> <div> </div> <div> </div> <div> Lucid Motors is committed to maintaining a safe and trustworthy environment.
