Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing logistics operations, managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and maintaining proper stock levels to support the business's ongoing growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor inventory levels to ensure accuracy between records and physical stock.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries with suppliers, couriers, and warehouse teams.
• Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to identify discrepancies and maintain stock integrity.
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry related to stock movement using inventory management systems.
• Liaise with warehouse personnel and external partners to resolve logistical issues promptly.
• Prepare and deliver stock and logistics reports to management.
• Assist with procurement processes by flagging low stock levels and placing purchase orders.
• Supervise the proper packaging and dispatch of customer orders according to service standards.
• Maintain clean, organized warehouse spaces adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Contribute to process improvements in the logistics function to optimize efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

• Experience in logistics, warehousing, stock control, or related areas.
• Strong attention to detail and good numerical skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency with Excel and willingness to learn inventory management software.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to continuous learning and personal development.
• Ability to handle physical tasks associated with stock handling and warehouse work.
