<h2>A Day in the Life:</h2> <p>In the position of Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations related to logistics for&nbsp;North America which includes the movement of both finished goods and raw materials and responsible for managing a&nbsp;team and cultivate that talent through teaching, coaching, and development. Work in a fast-paced environment and&nbsp;prioritize workload with the ever-changing demands.</p> <h2>The Impact You'll Make:</h2> <ul> <li>Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance of 3rd party logistic providers and implement&nbsp;improvements as needed.</li> <li>Administer monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews internally and with 3rd party logistic providers.</li> <li>Monitor and establish key performance metrics to ensure supply chain costs are inline with goals.</li> <li>&nbsp;Build and maintain business relationships internally and externally to improve overall supply chain flow and drive process improvements.</li> <li>Negotiate rates with carriers and work with carriers to ensure data integrity and accuracy.</li> <li>Analyze data and design new deployment models as needed and based on data analysis, work with management to&nbsp;optimize carrier selection, lanes, and call out data that does not align with current Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's).</li> <li>Ensure that quality of service and customer satisfaction are being met and resolve any arising problems or complaints&nbsp;both internal and external.</li> <li>Develop, update, and document SOP's.</li> <li>Lead process for setting up new lanes in Transportation Management System (TMS) as needed.</li> <li>Supervise, coach, and train the US Logistics team.</li> </ul> <h2>Who You Are:</h2> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in the field of Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain preferred.</li> <li>More than 5 years of experience in the field of logistics or transportation operations</li> <li>Computer Skills Desired: Proficient with Microsoft Office site. Experience with SAP and TMS.</li> <li>Experience with a TMS implementation preferred.</li> <li>Proven&nbsp;working experience as a logistics manager. Demonstrate ability to lead and manage staff. Must be able to understand&nbsp;issues and help create solutions.</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>Monster Energy provides competitive total compensation. The estimated annual salary range for this position is listed below.
