You work closely with teams in Switzerland and other locations, as well as external partners and service providers globally.</p> <h4 id="Main-responsibility:-Logistics" data-local-id="0dc0b23d0c4a" data-renderer-start-pos="3496">Main responsibility: Logistics</h4> <ul> <li data-renderer-start-pos="3530" data-local-id="8cf13ca99547">Support inbound logistics by tracking incoming shipments, checking shipping documents vs. <span data-highlighted="true" data-vc="highlighted-text"><span class="_kqswh2mm"><span class="_5pioz8co _189e1dm9 _1il9buyh _19lc184f _d0altlke" data-testid="definition-highlighter">PO</span></span></span> data, and ensuring correct goods receipt postings in the ERP system.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="3695" data-local-id="c67c61374212">Support outbound logistics by maintaining shipping instructions, coordinating standard shipments with couriers / 3PLs, and ensuring accurate shipment and tracking data in the system.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="3881" data-local-id="854e0c1c3632">Coordinate and mitigate issues in logistics with the 3PL provider and couriers.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="3964" data-local-id="6b9ec60f906d">Handle serial number and other tracking information</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="4020" data-local-id="6ba9c9259eba">Support the preparation of standard customs and trade compliance documentation (e.g. <span data-highlighted="true" data-vc="highlighted-text"><span class="_kqswh2mm"><span class="_5pioz8co _189e1dm9 _1il9buyh _19lc184f _d0altlke" data-testid="definition-highlighter">HS</span></span></span> codes, country of origin) and help resolve customs issues</li> </ul> <h4 id="Main-responsibility:-Warehouse-and-inventory-management" data-local-id="169ed427a3d2" data-renderer-start-pos="4169">Main responsibility: Warehouse and inventory management</h4> <ul> <li data-renderer-start-pos="4228" data-local-id="4e79e6feda5f">Prepare and support cycle count activities and book corrections.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="4296" data-local-id="267a1d6edc41">Prepare and track internal stock transfers between warehouses in coordination with Customer Service.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="4400" data-local-id="c1296d213d6d">Support processing of order returns</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="4439" data-local-id="15a24fa00830">Coordinate and mitigate issues with the external 3PL warehouse</li> </ul> <h4 id="Support-as-deputy-in-procurement-and-planning-operations" data-local-id="d4c1de2c034f" data-renderer-start-pos="4505">Support as deputy in procurement and planning operations</h4> <ul> <li data-renderer-start-pos="4565" data-local-id="2d3082a481e8">Create, release, and maintain purchase orders (POs) for raw materials and finished goods based on inputs from Strategic and Tactical Procurement and defined planning parameters.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="4746" data-local-id="90bf4e1ddfdc">Execute standard planning topics for selected raw materials and finished goods</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="4828" data-local-id="fe060aa52997">Monitor open POs and delivery schedules; Operations (D365 <span data-highlighted="true" data-vc="highlighted-text"><span class="_kqswh2mm"><span class="_5pioz8co _189e1dm9 _1il9buyh _19lc184f _d0altlke" data-testid="definition-highlighter">F&amp;O</span></span></span>)</strong>, for purchasing, inventory, and logistics processes.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="6265" data-local-id="c1f79f2f-9ee8-47e1-8715-dcea870ff79e">Strong skills in Excel;
