Together, we champion continuous innovation and collaboration in our shared mission to redefine senior care across the country.</p> <h3><strong>Job Summary</strong></h3> <p>We are seeking to hire a responsible, patient, and qualified Licensed Practical Nurse to assist with reviewing patient's charts.
