The Role

We are currently looking for a Luxury Motors Administrator who will ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the dealership – from welcoming clients to managing documentation and coordinating internal processes.

This role is ideal for someone who values order, clarity and responsibility, and who is able to manage daily tasks calmly and independently, becoming a reliable support for both the team and our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming clients at the showroom and maintaining a calm, professional environment;
  • Administering company documentation in the document management system;
  • Preparing, registering, entering, archiving and updating documents in accordance with established procedures;
  • Supporting internal processes and ensuring smooth document flow;
  • Cooperating with colleagues on documentation and information flow matters;
  • Maintaining order, structure and clear processes in daily operations.

Requirements

  • Higher education;
  • Good command of Estonian, English and Russian;
  • Ability to work with a document management system;
  • Basic accounting knowledge and ability to handle everyday accounting documents;
  • Experience in administrative work or document management;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook);
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail and organisational skills;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Responsible attitude and ability to follow established procedures;
  • Willingness to learn and ability to work independently and responsibly.

Monthly salary:

From 1600 - 1800 EUR gross. After the probation period, a performance-based variable compensation component is added.
