LVN- Family Medicine in Plano, TX

Our Family Medicine practice is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our team full-time. Looking for an outgoing and dependable individual with minimum of 2 years medical office experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vitals,
• Documenting medical history and medications reconciliation in EMR system,
• EKG, Spirometry,
• Nebulizer treatments, 
• Vaccinations, Injections, 
• Blood draws, IV Infusions, 
• Autoclaving instruments, 
• Assisting the doctor with various procedures and during the exam,
• Calling patients with results,
• Prior Authorizations of Medications and Tests,
• Foster a positive and professional environment with both patients and staff.

Requirements:

• Active LVN license in the state of Texas.
• Phlebotomy, IV Infusion 
• BLS Certification
• Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems, specifically eCW.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on patient-centered care.

Position Details:

• Full-time, Monday through Friday 8:00 - 5:00
• No after-hours or weekend commitments.
• Compensation: Based on experience.
