EquiMatch simplifies mergers and acquisitions (M&A) origination using AI-driven research and personalized outreach. We use AI to create a qualified target list for buyers and M&A advisors, eliminating the need for in-house analysts with no upfront costs – you only pay for successful deals. For sellers, we adopt a respectful, personalized approach aligned with your goals, be it exiting or forming a partnership. At EquiMatch, we ensure meaningful conversations and strategic opportunities by matching buyers and sellers where their interests align.
Tasks
- Run EquiMatch’s AI workflows to surface and score target companies.
- Translate buyer criteria into searches; review outputs and curate short-lists.
- Launch outreach (email/SMS/letters) using playbooks; A/B test and iterate.
- Speak with owners/founders to qualify interest and fit; book vetting calls.
Requirements
- Must be fluent in English and at least one major European language: French, Spanish and Italian.
- Great communication skills.
