M&A / Private Equity Associate

<p>We are looking for associates between classes of 2022 and 2018 to join our M&amp;A / Private Equity team in either NY or DC.&nbsp; Please include a deal sheet with your submission.&nbsp; &nbsp;</p> <p>The Firm pays market salaries to our attorneys. &nbsp;As such, below is the current associate base salary scale:</p> <p>* 1st year: &nbsp;$225,000</p> <p>* 2nd year: $235,000</p> <p>* 3rd year: &nbsp;$260,000</p> <p>* 4th year: &nbsp;$310,000</p> <p>* 5th year: &nbsp;$365,000</p> <p>* 6th year: &nbsp;$390,000</p> <p>* 7th year: &nbsp;$420,000 &nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>* 8th year: &nbsp;$435,000 &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><span style="font-size: 14px;"><em>The actual salary offered will be based on a number of factors including but not limited to the qualifications of the applicant, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.</em></span></div><div class="title">Salary Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$310,000</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$435,000 USD</span></div></div></div>
