This role is critical to expanding our proprietary deal pipeline and supporting our acquisition strategy.</p> <p>This is a metrics-driven, phone-heavy role ideal for someone who enjoys outreach, relationship building, and operating in a competitive environment.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>· Identify and research acquisition targets across defined geographies and verticals</p> <p>· Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via phone and email</p> <p>· Hold introductory calls with agency owners and executives</p> <p>· Track all outreach activity in Company CRM with complete accuracy</p> <p>· Manage follow-up cadence and nurture long-term opportunities</p> <p>· Coordinate introductory meetings between prospects and senior leadership</p> <p>· Support pipeline reporting and KPI tracking</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>· 2+ years experience in corporate development, business development, sales, private equity sourcing, investment banking, or related role</p> <p>· Comfortable making outbound calls daily</p> <p>· Strong verbal communication skills</p> <p>· Experience using CRM systems required</p> <p>· Highly organized and self-motivated</p> <p>· Competitive and resilient</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p>Signers is a proud Equal Opportunity Employer.
