About The Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced M & E Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as a keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and overseeing the implementation of M & E systems for various projects, including commercial, residential, hospitality, and industrial buildings.
Job Descriptions
- Develop detailed M & E design drawings, schematics, and specifications.
- Conduct load calculations, energy analysis, and system sizing.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other consultants to ensure seamless integration of M & E systems.
- Calculate material requirements and prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ)/ RAB.
- Oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with design standards and specifications.
- Perform site inspections and troubleshoot any technical issues.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest building codes, industry standards, and sustainable design practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Min 3 years of experience in M & E design and engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
- Strong understanding of building codes, such as SNI, IBC, and NEC.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles.
