M&E Technician - Ulsan

Responsibilities

• Set up process/utility equipment (cleaning, line-up etc.) to start a production cycle• Control and adjust operation equipment settings (e.g. speed, setpoint)• Unloading raw material & shipping finished goods• Incoming raw material acceptance testing & issue COA for finished goods• Inspect/clean process equipment & piping periodically (vessel, exchanger, transfer line etc)• Fix issues that might occur during the shift• DCS operation• Utilize company specific system (Quality system, SAP)• Understand operating discipline/ update procedures• Acquire relevant licenses (forklift, hazardous material handling, industrial safety etc0• Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws• Keep records of approved and defective units or final products• Maintain activity logs

Qualifications

High School Diploma or a two year chemical / mechanical degree is preferred. 

 

3+ years past work experience is preferred.

 

For the Technical Production Operators, a valid drivers’ license is required along with obtaining forklift certification & Hazardous material management license once hired

 

Experience with operating mechanical equipment and computer software programs as well as the ability to learn and successfully operate other various machinery, both manual and highly automated equipment 

 

Will be required to wear all Personal Protective Equipment, including a respirator, and to adhere to all safety standards, including the smoke-free and drug-free workplace policy

 

Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment as well as be independently motivated to produce results

 

Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and through written communication

 

Ability to anticipate changes that will be required to complete projects

 

Ability to lift a maximum of 45 pounds when needed
