m+ ETF Sales Specialist - Associate / Assistant Vice President

<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>iCapital is looking to hire an Associate or Assistant Vice President to join the Structured Investments m+ ETF Distribution team to focus on sales in the Western region. This high-performing leader will oversee all aspects of selling the ETF strategies to financial professionals, primarily in the RIA and IBD space. This role will report to the m+ funds Division Leader and will work on a team of professionals who are making an impact at iCapital. This individual is strategic, entrepreneurial, hands-on, and able to manage multiple clients, while developing new relationships.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Leverage a consultative sales process to acquire new relationships, expand existing client relationships, and service existing clients.     &nbsp;</li> <li>Work with other Sales teams within iCapital to expand the reach of m+ ETFs within the iCapital ecosystem.</li> <li>Educate advisors on the merits of m+ ETFs as part of client portfolios.  &nbsp;</li> <li>Onboard new clients to iCapital’s best-in-class network to support business growth.  &nbsp;</li> <li>Travel regularly in the market to meet with advisors and clients to support new and existing business.</li> <li>Utilize contact management systems to capture information, schedule follow up activities and manage pipeline.</li> <li>Collaborate with the Marketing team on email campaigns, webinars, and industry events.</li> <li>Collect and maintain competitor analysis.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>2-5+ years of experience working within the investment industry in a client facing capacity (i.e. external wholesaler, internal wholesaler, relationship manager, product specialist), asset management or ETF sales experience is highly preferred, structured investments experience a plus</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in a related field</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and follow a rigorous sales process</li> <li>Self-sufficient and a self-starter</li> <li>Able to sell and provide support across multiple m+ ETF strategies</li> <li>Series 7 and 63 licenses are required</li> <li>Experience covering RIA aggregators, larger RIAs, and independent broker-dealers and strong relationships with these client segments is preferred</li> <li>Willing to travel 25% of the work schedule</li> </ul> <p><strong>Benefits</strong></p> <p>The base salary range for this role is $85,000 to $125,000.&nbsp; iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
