We’re looking for a technologist with keen business acumen to help solve some of our clients’ most complex problems while leveraging public cloud services, automation, Microsoft 365 solutions, and other cutting-edge infrastructure tools. This is a rewarding opportunity to join a high-growth company and employee-centric culture while helping enterprise clients transform their IT infrastructure environments.  Responsibilities:  <ul> <li style="color: rgb(0, 45, 98);">Work within a team of technology consultants to design, build, and implement public cloud, Microsoft 365, and IT infrastructure solutions with the goal of improving client business and technical operations. </li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 45, 98);">Participate in client stakeholder interviews, assess current state IT processes and infrastructure environments (including Microsoft 365 environments such as SharePoint Online, Active Directory, Teams, and Exchange Online), document requirements, and make solution recommendations. </li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 45, 98);">Use Infrastructure-as-Code, scripting, and other tools to modernize client environments, automate tasks during migrations, and enhance Microsoft 365 governance and security. </li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 45, 98);">Partner with architects, engagement leads, and other consultant teammates to present solution roadmaps to client executives and communicate project status updates. </li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 45, 98);">Leverage both external & internal trainings to sharpen technical proficiencies, learn new technologies, and develop leadership skills. </li> </ul> Qualifications:  <ul> <li style="color: rgb(0, 45, 98);">Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred, or equivalent experience required. </li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 45, 98);">Consulting firm/industry experience preferred. </li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 45, 98);">1-4+ years of IT experience in public cloud computing, Microsoft 365 administration and implementation, Windows/Linux systems, end-user technology, servers & virtualization, networking, data center, security, etc. </li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 45, 98);">Experience working on Microsoft 365 tenant migrations, and ‘on-prem to cloud’ migration projects. </li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 45, 98);">Preference for experience using scripting (Python, PowerShell, etc.), as well as automating tasks within Microsoft 365 </li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 45, 98);">Familiarity with Microsoft 365 security and compliance features, including Conditional Access, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and identity management using Azure AD. </li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 45, 98);">Proficient verbal, presentation/facilitation, and written communication skills. </li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 45, 98);">The below certifications are a plus:<span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"201341983":0,"335551550":1,"335551620":1,"335557856":16777215,"335559685":720,"335559737":0,"335559738":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":279,"335559991":360}">  <ul> <li style="color: rgb(0, 45, 98);">Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals </li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 45, 98);">Microsoft 365 Certified: Collaboration Communications Systems Engineer Associate<span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"201341983":0,"335551550":1,"335551620":1,"335557856":16777215,"335559685":1440,"335559737":0,"335559738":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":279,"335559991":360}"> </li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 45, 98);">MS 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator<span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"201341983":0,"335551550":1,"335551620":1,"335557856":16777215,"335559685":1440,"335559737":0,"335559738":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":279,"335559991":360}"> </li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 45, 98);">Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate<span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"201341983":0,"335551550":1,"335551620":1,"335557856":16777215,"335559685":1440,"335559737":0,"335559738":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":279,"335559991":360}"> </li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 45, 98);">Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate<span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"201341983":0,"335551550":1,"335551620":1,"335557856":16777215,"335559685":1440,"335559737":0,"335559738":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":279,"335559991":360}"> </li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 45, 98);">Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert<span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"201341983":0,"335551550":1,"335551620":1,"335557856":16777215,"335559685":1440,"335559737":0,"335559738":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":279,"335559991":360}"> </li> </ul> </li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion">  <h3>Other consultancies talk at you.
