Requirements
8–10 years of experience in Data Science or ML Engineering
Strong foundation in machine learning, statistics, and predictive modeling
Experience building and deploying ML models at scale
Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
Experience with data pipelines, model deployment, and cloud platforms
Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
Experience in commerce, QCom, or CPG is preferred
Hands-on experience in demand forecasting, price elasticity, MMM, or promo effectiveness is a plus
Responsibilities
Lead design and development of ML models for business problems
Guide team on feature engineering, model selection, and tuning
Oversee productionization and scalability of ML systems
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business problems into ML solutions
Ensure robustness, performance, and monitoring of deployed models
Mentor junior data scientists and ML engineers
