Drives innovation in the development of advanced algorithms and methodologies. Provides technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level researchers.&nbsp;</li> <li><strong> </strong><strong>Operational Excellence and Program Management: </strong>Optimizes research processes, workflows, and resource allocation.Manages research programs, overseeing multiple projects and teams. Fosters a collaborative and innovative team culture.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Who You Are</strong></h3> <ul> <li>6 to 8+ years of relevant experience in machine learning research.&nbsp;</li> <li>Master's, PhD or equivalent research experience in the areas of Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics or a related discipline</li> <li>Proven track record of impactful research projects and leadership.</li> <li>Proven experience in leading or significantly contributing to complex and large-scale research projects.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to oversee project timelines, manage resources effectively, and ensure successful research outcomes.</li> <li>Expertise in strategic planning and execution of an organization's overarching machine learning research agenda.</li> <li>Contribution to the development and implementation of long-term research strategies.</li> <li>Extensive experience in mentoring and providing guidance to junior and mid-level researchers.</li> <li>Leadership in managing and leading research teams, fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing and innovation.</li> <li>Continued innovation in the development of novel algorithms, methodologies, or applications.&nbsp;</li> <li>Track record of contributing groundbreaking ideas to the field of machine learning.&nbsp;</li> <li>Substantial experience in applying machine learning research to real-world industry problems.&nbsp;</li> <li>A deep understanding of the practical implications and challenges of deploying machine learning models in real-world scenarios.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Even Better If You Have…</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Experience in operational leadership, optimizing research processes.</li> <li>Exposure to program management at a project or team level.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><strong data-stringify-type="bold">Authorization to Work in the U.S.:</strong>&nbsp;</strong>Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
