Machine Learning Tech Lead

<p>We are seeking an experienced and hands on Tech Leader for our Machine Learning Team. This pivotal role involves the development of our ML framework and platform, develop Machine learning models and support our MLOps initiatives, serving as the Subject matter expert for the area. Your work will directly impact users and contribute to our ongoing success in the competitive market.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h2><strong>A taster of what you will be involved with:&nbsp;</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Design and develop the frameworks and guardrails for the ML Solutions and products</li> <li>Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to inform strategy development and ensure competitiveness</li> <li>Direct the exploration and implementation of new AI technologies and methodologies, including MLOps</li> <li>Lead the Design and development of Betsson’s ML platforms and solutions, addressing both batch and real-time solutions.</li> <li>Provide technical leadership, setting clear deliverables and supporting team to achieve the results</li> <li>Responsible for review and approval of key technical solutions</li> <li>Design, develop, deploy and maintain a framework and a platform to leverage and standardize the utilization of Machine learning across the company</li> <li>Oversee the entire machine learning lifecycle, from data collection and pre-processing to model deployment and monitoring.</li> <li>Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate machine learning models into production systems.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h2><strong>What we are looking for</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s in computer science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
