Machine Operator - 2ND SHIFT

<div class="content-intro"><p>At Golden Pet Manufacturing, we are proud to be at the forefront of changing the future of pet food by creating the most nutritionally-dense, thoughtfully-sourced, and practical solutions to pet parents everywhere. <a href="https://www.goldenpetmanufacturing.com/">Watch our new company video to learn more!</a></p> <p class="p1">&nbsp;</p></div><p><strong>We're Looking For A:&nbsp;</strong>Machine Operator</p> <p>* Opportunities available on 2nd shift (2pm-10:30pm)</p> <p>* $21+ per hour</p> <p><strong>What You'll Be Doing</strong></p> <ul> <li>Set up and operate several production machine tools throughout the production process</li> <li>Learn and operate assigned machinery within the manufacturing plant</li> <li>Perform safety checks throughout shift</li> <li>Adjust machine components according to finished product specifications</li> <li>Troubleshoot problems during operations and adjust machine in case of malfunctions or jams</li> <li>Clean machine and assist in performing preventative maintenance</li> <li>Maintain a safety and quality mindset, following all safety and quality policies and procedures</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED equivalent</li> <li>Prior experience with operating machinery</li> <li>Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment</li> <li>Prior experience working with an ERP system, within a food or pet food manufacturing facility, and/or working with PLC interfaces is preferred but not required</li> <li>Constant standing, walking, reaching with hands and stooping/kneeling is required</li> <li>Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds</li> <li>Strong teamwork mentality and eager to work in a team environment&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Golden Perks &amp; Benefits:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Comprehensive healthcare coverage – We cover <strong>100% of premiums</strong> for medical, dental, and vision plans for employee-only plans.</li> <li>Through our charity sponsorships, you can make a positive impact on communities worldwide.
