This role supervises maintenance mechanics, coordinates daily tasks and preventive maintenance, and addresses urgent repairs. The position works closely with production and quality teams to support equipment improvements, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis, requiring strong technical skills and hands-on Leadership</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Direct, manage and train maintenance mechanics, ensuring efficient execution of tasks and repairs.</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>2.- Equipment Troubleshooting</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and system faults to minimize
