Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description/Responsibilities

BuzzBallz is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations within a fast-paced beverage manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for supervising skilled mechanics and electricians to maximize equipment reliability, line efficiency, and operational uptime. The Maintenance Supervisor will partner closely with operations leadership to drive safety, continuous improvement, and preventive maintenance efforts while supporting a high-performing team culture.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise maintenance technicians, mechanics, and electricians to support efficient bottling and packaging line operations
• Coordinate preventive maintenance activities and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime and improve reliability
• Partner with Operations teams to improve equipment performance, efficiency, and production output
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, OSHA, and company standards across maintenance activities
• Drive continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives to improve operational performance

Qualifications/Requirements

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum 3 years of maintenance, manufacturing, or related supervisory experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Preferred:

• Experience with beverage processing or packaging equipment
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies
• Experience supporting OSHA, HACCP, USDA, or similar compliance programs

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds without assistance
• Ability to work near moving mechanical parts, electrical systems, and in wet or humid environments
• Ability to work an 8-hour shift and overtime as needed
