<p><strong>The Role… </strong></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">At Soho House, as a </span><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Maintenance Supervisor</span></strong><span data-contrast="auto">, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the maintenance team to ensure that all areas of the club — including public spaces, guest areas, kitchen, spa, gym, and back-of-house — are kept in excellent condition. <p><strong>Key duties…</strong></p>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Allocate and monitor tasks to maintenance technicians, ensuring quality and timely completion</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Conduct regular inspections of all building areas and equipment, identifying and addressing maintenance issues proactively</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Liaise with external contractors and vendors, ensuring all works are delivered to standard and on schedule</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Maintain and manage the Preventative Maintenance Schedule (PPM)</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Ensure all maintenance work complies with relevant health, safety, and environmental standards</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment logs, permits, and safety inspections</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Support the club’s operations team during events or emergency repair situations</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Collaborate closely with housekeeping, kitchen, spa, and operations teams to minimise downtime or disruption</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Train and mentor junior team members to uphold high standards of work and safety awareness</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></li>

<p><strong>What we are looking for...</strong></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">A successful Maintenance Supervisor for Soho House will ideally have up to 2 years’ experience in a busy high-profile venue and a natural flair for first class service. You’ll be reliable, friendly and happy to be a key part of the team that strives for success.</span></p>
<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Minimum 3–5 years in a building maintenance or engineering role, with 1–2 years in a supervisory capacity</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":160,"335559740":259}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Broad technical knowledge across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and general facilities upkeep</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":160,"335559740":259}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience managing contractors, PPM schedules, and maintenance logs</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":160,"335559740":259}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":160,"335559740":259}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Knowledge of health & safety legislation, risk assessments, and compliance standards</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":160,"335559740":259}"> </span></li>
